Christine Merser brings decades of strategic experience to every session. Whether one on one, or as part of a deeper think tank engagement, her work begins with understanding where you are, what’s in your way, and what decisions are waiting to be made.

One on One Consulting
It starts with you outlining your challenges and goals in an email. Christine reviews your thoughts, reflects, and sends back a few key questions. Then comes the one hour session, a mix of collaboration, explanation, and exploration. Together, you uncover new perspectives, ideas, and a clear recommended pathway forward.
After the session, Christine remains available for follow up by email or text for 30 days, providing a thoughtful bridge between insight and execution.
Fee: $1000 per session

Zoom Sessions
For those who want continued collaboration, short 30 minute Zoom check ins are available to keep ideas evolving and plans expanding.
Fee: $150 per session

Think Tank Deep Dive
Some challenges call for a broader circle of collaboration and intelligence gathering and conclusions. Slate & Spark assembles select collaborators from our network, experts chosen specifically for the client’s goals, to join Christine in a customized think tank session.
For example, recently, we partnered with the owners of a luxury real estate firm to reimagine their business model. The process included integrating AI driven systems into their client experience as well as changes and exploration into enlarging the scope of their broker 's expertise. Six weeks later, the company relaunched stronger, sharper, and well ahead of its competition.

Pivot Papers
Slate & Spark’s Pivot Papers are the written results of our process, research, collaboration, debate, and the occasional spark of genius distilled into clear, actionable insight. Each paper explores a timely issue or emerging opportunity in business and culture.
Each download costs $25 and includes an invitation to join our weekly Pivot Lab sessions for 30 days. These gatherings are open spaces for clients to bring questions, ideas, challenges, and results for open discussion and shared input.
Many participants choose to continue attending beyond the initial 30 days for $20 per month.
For each of the papers we will have a couple of lines or a paragraph describing what the paper is and then it’s clicked to buy.

Brick and Mortar Events
Every quarter, Christine Merser hosts an in person luncheon around a single thought provoking topic. Limited to ten participants, these three hour sessions blend lively debate, collaboration, and the pleasure of shared intelligence over good food and conversation. Attendance is by invitation.
