Pivot Papers
Slate | Spark’s Pivot Papers are our way of translating complex shifts into clear direction. Each paper offers research, insight, and a path forward so collaborators can make smarter moves in a changing world.
Each download costs $25 and includes an invitation to join our weekly Open Spark Zoom sessions for 30 days. These gatherings are open spaces for clients to bring questions, ideas, challenges, and results for open discussion and shared input. This program will launch in early January.
You can also subscribe to the Slate Spark Substack for $15/month or $20/year.

In Real Time
In Real Time is where we respond to what’s happening now. We track the shifts in business and politics, offer quick analysis, and bring people together through workshops, Open Spark sessions, and in-person gatherings. It’s how we keep our community informed, connected, and ready for what comes next.

Substack
Our Substack newsletter is where we speak directly to the world in real time. It is where we share our newest ideas, the shifts we are watching, and our announcements about upcoming events, Pivot Papers, and everything else moving inside Slate | Spark. It is the place where the work lives out loud.
Subscribing includes access to every Pivot Paper we publish at no additional cost. Pivot Papers are normally twenty-five dollars each, but subscribers receive them as part of their membership.
Subscribers also have access to our real-time Spark Zoom calls, held three times a week. These sessions are small, live collaborations where we talk through new information, examine Pivot Papers together, and make sense of what is happening in the news as it unfolds. It is thinking in community, and it is where many people find their next step.

Think Tanks
Slate | Spark Think Tanks are where we dive deep into a single question with a curated group of people who bring different perspectives and expertise. We look at the history, the shifts in the landscape, the barriers to progress, and then move toward possibilities and recommendations for what comes next.
These sessions blend guided discussion, informed debate, and collaborative work that often leads to clear outcomes such as Pivot Papers or strategic blueprints.

One on One Consulting
This hour is where everything gets simpler. We talk through what worked, what did not, and what the moment is asking for next. You walk out with clarity and a plan you can actually use. One hour is all you need, which is good because no one has two.
After the session, we remain available for follow-up by email or text for 30 days, providing a thoughtful bridge between insight and execution.
Fee: $1000 per session
