Welcome to the Joyful Planet Life Purpose Questionnaire
This questionnaire is designed to help you reflect thoughtfully on your experiences, strengths, values and aspirations. There are no right or wrong answers. The more honest and thoughtful your responses, the more meaningful the next step of this process will be.
A few things to know before you begin:
Time: Please allow approximately 45 — 60 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
No saving and returning: Your responses cannot be saved and completed later, so we encourage you to begin only when you have enough uninterrupted time to finish.
Answer length: There's no maximum, and there's no such thing as too much. Please avoid one-word or very short answers. The more you share, the more meaningful your reflection will be.
If your answers are too minimal: We may not be able to conduct a meaningful analysis in helping you discover and articulate your life purpose.
Privacy: Your responses will be kept confidential and used only as part of your personal purpose reflection.
Setting: You may find it easiest to complete this somewhere quiet, on a computer or tablet rather than a phone, since several questions invite longer reflection.
What happens next: Once you submit the questionnaire, I will review your responses and send you an analysis, including possible life purpose statements.
